Cupping Notes: Delicate and balanced cup with notes of Jasmin flowers and white grapes
This coffee comes from the small area of Piedra Candela, located in the Juruntugo terroir in the region of Chiriqui. It is a high-altitude area that borders Costa Rica, offering contrasting panoramas of both forest mountains and cliffs. The Gallardo sisters, Dafne and Damaris, have been producing coffee at their family farm for over 20 years.
Their honey-processed Gesha offers a complex cup combining delicate notes of Jasmin flowers and white grapes.
We recommend to prepare it as pour over coffee (filter).
Take 15g coarsely ground coffee and add 250g water at 95°C
